Azerbaijani ISP UniNet reports that it expects to concludes trials of its upcoming IPTV service by the end of this year.

Trials of the service are taking place in the raions (districts) of Yasamal, Khatai and Nizami, and coverage is expected to be expanded gradually according to infrastructure capabilities and demand for the service.

Rival Azerbaijani telco Ultel launched its own IPTV service last month (August 2010), offering 71 linear channels.
