Monaco Telecom is preparing to launch a new IPTV service, based on a next-generation software platform from French firm Netgem.

The new service will be delivered over Monaco Telecom's existing cable and IP network, and has been developed using the NetgemTV platform, featuring a highly visual and intuitive user interface as well as video-on-demand, a media centre and numerous Internet-based services such as Web radio, local Internet TV and a service information portal.
