Irish firm Digisoft.tv and China's Wotone Group have formed a strategic partnership under which they will offer complete end-to-end service delivery solutions to IPTV, cable and hybrid operators in the Chinese market.

Wotone Group is focused on the development of Internet streaming media technology development, and has developed an end-to-end media delivery platform, while Digisoft.tv delivers a range of solutions from headends to middleware and set-top boxes, as well as its own DigiHost Service Delivery Platform.

Under the agreement, Wotone will offer Digisoft's DigiHost Service Delivery Platform and Java-based middleware as part of a complete end-to-end solution for IPTV, cable and hybrid operators in China.
