UTStarcom Teams up with Tzero for Latest IPTV Set-top Boxes

December 6, 2006 – UTStarcom has teamed up with Tzero Technologies to demonstrate a new generation of IPTV set-top boxes with integrated ultra wideband (UWB) technology.

These new offerings claim to enable service providers to distribute high-definition video streams wirelessly within a home and dramatically reduce their installation and equipment costs.
