Snell & Wilcox: A New Approach to Ingest of Audio Visual Assets

This paper introduces key changes to the new infrastructure for archive ingest and subsequent re-purposing of ingested audio visual content. This application includes processing of the essence (audio visual sources) prior to storage in an MPEG2 format.
