India's MTNL Announces Selection of Time Broadband and HP for IPTV Delivery

17th March, 2006 -Indian state owned telco MTNL has announced that Time Broadband Services to develop and install the content delivery systems for its IPTV service, and Hewlett Packard will act as systems integrator, according to http://www.indiantelevision.com

Under the seven-year deal TBS will design and deploy the content delivery network, aggregate content and market services. MTNL will  launch commercial IPTV in Delhi and Mumbai by June.
