Founded in 1992, the company conducted early work with BT on the first video-on-demand trial in the UK in the mid 1990’s. The new network was developed throughout 2003 and Video Networks is now the largest residential local loop unbundler in the UK, installing it’s own equipment in BT exchanges to deliver services down the phone line. The new HomeChoice service was launched in May of 2004 to a potential 1.25 million homes and now passes 2.4 million homes in London and Stevenage.
