Tut Systems' widely deployed Astria CP platform will serve as the core video processing system for Cavalier's all-MPEG-4 AVC digital headend. To distribute high-quality video reliably and cost-effectively over a large multi-state region, Cavalier can also deploy Astria CP systems for remote content processing solutions in regional cities.
