Government legislation in China is rapidly changing to allow for access to the right bandwidth provision for massive IPTV rollout. India continues to build its already robust telecoms infrastructure, and strong government support for new technology means that the continent could have as many as five million IPTVs subscribers within the next three years. The IPTV market in the Asian region overall is predicted to grow to a value of $300 million during 2005.
