Starwin Media Holdings Inc. to Showcase IPTV Platform in China

July 25, 2005-- Starwin Media Holdings Inc. have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement with Kun Shan ZhongXu Real Estate Develop Co., Ltd to build and develop an Internet-Protocol Television (IPTV) network in the community of Zun Bao Villa, a luxurious residential development located in the City of Kun Shan, South of Shanghai.

Zun Bao Villa fronts the famous Ding San Lake and is surrounded by a reputable international tournament golf course, South of Shanghai. This development is a luxurious country living by-concept project with new technology and new living standards, said Ms. Wendyfer Zhong, President of Starwin Media Holdings Inc.
