Espial completes Kasenna acquisition

July 11, 2008 - Middleware provider Espial has completed its acquisition of US firm Kasenna, a provider of VOD software and solutions, in exchange for 4.7mn shares.

Integration of the two companies' operations is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
