Aksh Optifibre to deliver IPTV services over BSNL network

June 3, 2008 - Indian ISP Aksh Optifibre has issued a short notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) stating that it has signed an agreement with Indian telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) to deliver IPTV services over the state-owned carrier's broadband network.

The services will be delivered to 20 Indian cities covered by BSNL's network, with no timeframe or specific locations revealed in the statement.
