Snr. Mendes discusses the reasons for installing a fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network that can offer a compelling IPTV service in a country where cable has over 40% penetration, including unlimited bandwidth and multi-room services, and the "killer application" its own VOD service is proving to be.
