Elion reaches 58,600 triple-play subscribers

April 24, 2008 – Estonian telco Elion reached 58,600 subscribers for its triple-play service at the end of the first quarter of this year, compared to 29,800 one year previously.

The company ended March 2008 with 63,200 subscribers to its IPTV and cable TV services, nearly double the 32,400 posted one year previously.

Elion achieved revenues of €48.8mn in the first three months of this year for its broadband services, up 9.5% year-on-year, and posted a net profit of €11.3mn.
