Verimatrix expands content security support for IPTV wholesale/retail delivery models

April 15, 2008 – Verimatrix has announced strengthened support for wholesale/retail delivery models of IPTV in the latest release of its Verimatrix Video Content Authority System (VCAS) for IPTV solution.

Innovations in the latest version include enhanced system status and performance monitoring, professional receiver support and fully enabled wholesale/retail distribution of video on demand content.

Verimatrix has also announced that it has recently passed 4mn screens protected by its content security solutions, representing a doubling of the total client licence count in under a year.
