Deutsche Telekom signs VoD content deal with EM.Entertainment
April 9, 2008 – Deutsche Telekom has signed a content deal for a programme package from EM.Entertainment, provider of children’s programming, to offer on its IPTV service “T-Home Entertain” and online video store “Videoload”.
The deal includes film adaptations of Erich Kästner’s novels The Flying Classroom, Charlie & Louise – Das doppelte Lottchen, Emil and the Detectives and Annaluise & Anton, as well as current animation series such as Lapitch, the Little Shoemaker, and Felix the Cat.
The Videoload store offers over 2,600 on-demand titles from blockbusters through to documentaries, while the T-Home Entertain service, which includes access to the Videoload store, offers a selection of over 150 channels over three packages, starting from €49.95 per month.
