Transvideo introduces new STB model

March 27, 2008 – Chinese firm Transvideo has introduced a new IPTV set-top box, the i-Box/2000-C, with multi-codec support and wireless compatibility.

The i-Box/2000-C is based on C2 Microsystem’s CC1100 Media Processor, a fully programmable multi-core DSP solution-on-chip.  The unit also features OSD multilayer video display technology to make the EPG more three-dimensional and attractive.
