Anevia and Smart Com announce IPTV ecosystem compliance

March 14, 2008 - Anevia, the French designer of the FLAMINGO DVB to IP gateways and the TOUCAN VOD/nPVR servers, and Smart Com, middleware vendor, today announced an IPTV ecosystem compliance that aims to strengthen marketing and sales to European telecom operators and ISP of integrated solutions, featuring Smart Com's IPTV middleware and Anevia's live TV and VOD solutions. 

“Rich experiences achieved in the past acting as a system integrator helped us to develop outstanding service delivery platform BeeSmart that offers innovative and advanced solutions to the IPTV service providers,” said Miroslav Štravs, Smart Com’s CEO.  “With Anevia we are extending the list of compatible VOD vendors and are enabling IPTV service providers choice to pick best of breed components for its IPTV ecosystem.”
