Widevine forms partnership with Origin Digital to deliver secure content delivery platform

March 6, 2008 – Widevine Technologies has partnered with Origin Digital, a global video applications service provider, to deliver the necessary encoding, content protection and content management to securely distribute ad-supported and other monetised media services from any source to any destination.

Widevine’s Cypher for Internet Digital Media security solution has been integrated into Origin Digital’s Odaptor platform for the secure delivery of all video formats, including Adobe Flash, to both PCs and Macs.
