Phase one of IPTV system testing completed at Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative

March 3, 2008 – Canadian firm Even Technologies has announced that its US subsidiary Infinite Video Corporation has successfully completed phase one of the IPTV system testing for Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative, a regional telco offering services in the US state of Tennessee.

Even Technologies’ PSI Video Codec and dme Video over IP system were integrated to enable Twin Lakes to introduce broadcast IPTV, video on demand and other services.  The Infinite Video solution provides encoding, middleware, and web features designed to deliver low bit-rate video for streaming applications.

“After looking at the Infinite Video IPTV system, we came to the conclusion that it offered both a technically and economically superior solution that nothing else on the market could provide,” said Wayne Gassaway, General Manager of Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative.
