Hanaro Telecom signs content deal with Warner Brothers
January 18, 2008 – Korean telco Hanaro Telecom has announced that it has signed a deal with Warner Home Video Korea to offer all upcoming movies from Warner Brothers on its “HanaTV” IPTV service.
Hanaro Telecom will be immediately offering its new movies such as “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”, “No Reservations” and “The Invasion”, and plans to subsequently offer around 20 films each year, such as upcoming titles “Beowulf” and “I Am Legend”.
