DSL Forum appoints new ambassadors

January 17, 2008 – The DSL Forum has announced that it has appointed three new ambassadors – Huawei’s Kevin Xu, NEC’s Steve Kingdom and Peter Macaulay from East by North.

The goal of the Ambassador Programme is to promote the work of the DSL Forum and provide education on broadband advancements and applications to the communications, information and entertainment industries.

“The Ambassador Program is a vital communication channel for the DSL Forum,” said Robin Mersh, COO of the DSL Forum.  “Stephen, Kevin and Paul all bring a wealth of expertise to the Forum and will help drive our continued global education efforts.”

Upcoming Ambassadors presentations include the IPTV World Forum, to be held in London on March 12-14.
