T-Com launches Extra TV in Montenegro

December 3, 2007 – T-Com has launched its “Extra TV” IPTV service in Montenegro, offering 60 domestic and international channels, hundreds of movies and interactive options.

Premium channels included in the service include Discovery, Eurosport, National Geographic, Cartoon Network, MTV, RAI, Jetix, HBO, Fashion TV and Animal Planet.  The service is based on the Microsoft Mediaroom platform, and offers network digital video recording (DVR) functionality and Video on Demand (VOD).  Additional interactive services such as a phonebook, weather forecasts and betting are expected to be offered in the “very near future”.

The Extra TV service costs €100 for installation and a further €8.90 per month for subscription.
