Freesat, the subscription free satellite TV service, has today announced the appointment of Jennifer Elworthy as director of marketing and communications.
Prior to joining Freesat Jennifer worked at The Times where she led campaigns to market print and digital subscriptions, and at the BBC where she worked across the international launch of BBCbranded channels.
“I’m thrilled to promote Jennifer to her new role,” comments Freesat managing director Alistair Thom. “Over the past three years she has shown herself to be a true advocate of the brand and a natural strategic thinker. With a significant shift in the way we position our offering having taken place, most notably through Freetime, Jennifer will continue to shape and drive our connected offering.”
