Netflix hits Humax Freetime

Humax’s Freesat service will be the first in its product range to roll out Netflix, the world’s leading Internet television service.

From today, Humax boxes from the Freesat with Freetime range will provide easy access to the popular service giving viewers a wider choice of programming across TV series, films, original programming, stand-up comedies, documentaries and children’s shows.

“We have opened up the pay TV market even further by providing effortless access to a highly popular TV service to our consumers,” says Graham North, Commercial Director of Humax. “Adding Netflix will provide a simple way for viewers to seamlessly switch between their favourite subscription-free programmes, on-demand content and a rich variety of high quality films and documentaries.”

Netflix has over 69 million members worldwide, streaming more than 100 million hours of TV shows and movies, every day.
