EE TV boosted by 25 new premium channels

EE has announced a new partnership with TVPlayer that brings 25 premium channels, including Discovery Channel, British Eurosport, Cartoon Network, HISTORY and Sony Movie channel, to EE TV, the UK’s most advanced TV service.

The move will see a range of new entertainment, documentaries, sport, movies, and children’s programming available to EE TV customers.

New and existing EE TV customers can access the channels through the On Demand section of their EE TV set top box for a £4.99 per month rolling subscription. At launch, EE TV customers will also benefit from an exclusive two month free trial.

“EE TV customers have always loved being able to pick and choose premium channels without the commitment of a fixed contract or a hefty monthly fee,” comments Simeon Bird, Director of EE Broadband & TV. “These 25 new channels offer something for everyone, whether you like sport, documentaries, lifestyle shows, or want to keep the family entertained. It’s a great addition to EE TV’s On Demand section, which already contains a huge range of movies, entertainment, music, kids and international content.”
