9to5mac is reporting that a fourth-generation version of Apple TV is set for an October release.

According to the report, Apple is yet to settle on a final price, but the new device is expected to cost either $149 or $199, and is expected to include a refreshed UI, a Siri support, a new remote control, as well as an App Store with a Software Development Kit for developers.

9to5mac add that Apple also plans to release a bundled streaming TV option offering multiple television channels for as little as $40 per month.
