IBC, Amsterdam

Guest post from Irdeto

At Irdeto, we believe that businesses must have the freedom to innovate and the confidence to take risks to be in control of their future, and we will be showcasing our security services and future-looking technology at IBC in Hall 1, Stand 1.D51.

Through informational videos and live demos, visitors will experience how Irdeto enables content owners and operators to maximize the potential of content and create a sustainable, competitive edge. Irdeto will also discuss the current and future technology opportunities and challenges including OTT, 4K and home networking, alongside demonstrations of its platform security and rights solutions.

The Irdeto Piracy Lounge

Make no mistake – pirate CE devices and services are now the competition. By invitation only, Irdeto will also showcase its ‘Piracy Lounge’ an interactive experience that will feature both legal and illegal streaming devices, allowing visitors to gain insights into the real threat of piracy. The exhibit will provide a glimpse into the current devices and marketing in the 2015 pirate ecosystem, showcasing how easily insecure consumer devices can become illegal pirate gateways.
