CSG Ascendon to power new German OTT JUKE

CSG Ascendon has been selected to power Media-Saturn’s new German OTT service JUKE, which includes over 30 million songs and more than 15,000 movies and TV series.

CSG’s digital service platform enables Media-Saturn to offer multiple services including purchase (EST) and on-demand rental (TVOD) for TV programming and movies.

“Media-Saturn is focused on not only delivering a robust catalogue of services, but also offering its customers a cutting-edge, personalized experience.  This combination accelerates any digital content strategy,” comments Kent Steffen, president of digital services at CSG International. “While many consumer brands are extending their core business to become digital service providers, we find that they are often challenged by their existing infrastructure.  We are proud to help companies like Media-Saturn transform their systems and services through CSG Ascendon.”

JUKE is available now in Germany, and free JUKE apps became available this month in the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store as well as for smart TVs and Google Chromecast.
