Netflix has confirmed its plans to launch in Spain in October of this year.

This autumn, Internet users in Spain will be able to subscribe to Netflix and instantly watch a broad selection of TV series and movies in high-definition or even Ultra HD 4K on nearly any Internet-connected screen. Netflix has already invested in Spanish language originals for its subscribers.

“Since launching its streaming service in 2007, Netflix has put consumers in charge of when and how they enjoy their entertainment,” said the firm.
