TV analytics specialist TVbeat has announced a new partnership with Infomir, a manufacturer of devices for interactive television service providers.
By partnering with TVbeat, Infomir are looking to increase customer satisfaction through more personalized and targeted content delivery, offering consumers more relevant content, targeted to their behaviour, helping providers to anticipate demand, reduce churn rate and easily adjust their business models and offerings accordingly.
