Infomir unveils new HEVC set-tops at TV Connect

European IPTV/OTT hardware and software manufacturer Infomir is launching a range of new HEVC set-top boxes.

The new products include the MAG257 — the successor of the MAG254 and a high-power set-top box with an STiH301 processor — and the MAG350 — a premium IPTV/OTT set-top box with a Broadcom processor.

“These set-top boxes are our response to the current market situation, as they are offering the latest technologies to any price segment,” comments Viktor Artyushchenko, commercial director of Infomir LLC.

The new set-top boxes will be on display at this year’s TV Connect (28 – 30 April 2015 ExCel, London), at stand #48. In addition, Infomir  will also use the event to introduce a simpler, more convenient version of its free Stalker Middleware.

“Infomir’s key feature is a full product cycle, which includes product design, industrial design, software development, manufacture, integration assistance and worldwide service support,” Artyushchenko adds. “This allows us to have different approaches according to clients’ needs, provide qualified support in setting up the devices, and quality technical support worldwide.”
