‘Cross-platform’ – Christian Television Network goes digital

Christian Broadcast Network

The Christian Television Network (CTN) is unveiling a new Roku HD channel, as well as a new video player for the CTN website.

CTN has gone to digital broadcast specialist RR Media to develop the new services.

RR Media takes the channel content originating at CTN’s facilities in Largo, Florida and distributes it to North American direct-to-home platforms, as well as sending the feed to RR Media’s Middle East media centre for delivery to Asian and African TV service providers.

“We’re happy to continue and expand our work with an innovative company like RR Media,” comments Bob D’Andrea, President of CTN, “in order to deliver inspirational programming that appeals to a broad cross section of viewers in multiple regions around the world.”
