Following recent meetings and discussions with Google, Motive Television is set to begin integrating Google’s Chromecast technology into Motive’s TabletTV apps.

This will make it possible for TabletTV users who have Chromecast to send what they are viewing on their tablets directly to the home TV screen.

Once implemented, TabletTV will be shown on the “Featured” tab on Google’s Chromecast app website.

“Motive is thrilled to partner with Google in adding Chromecast to TabletTV, especially as it has sold in the millions and is the top selling device on Amazon,” comments Leonard M Fertig, CEO of Motive.

The ability to make the most of Chromecast applications is a topic recently added to this year’s TV Connect (28th – 30th April 2015 ExCel, London ) line-up. Looking at Chromecast from the perspective of news coverage, Maxwell Dayvson Da Silva  and Sara Poorsatta from the The New York Times will present a special keynote exploring the ability of Chromecast to act as a second screen experience to enhance storytelling.
