Sky Movies ready for Xmas on demand as linear is overtaken



Acknowledging that viewers are more likely than ever to be liberated from set schedules this Christmas, Sky Movies has compiled its “best ever line up” of on-demand films for the festive season.

Indeed, Sky Movies says on demand viewing has doubled year on year and for the first time it has overtaken traditional live viewing: there are now an incredible  7 movies on demand being watched every second.

The titles available to subscribers over Christmas include FrozenThe LEGO MovieThe Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Muppets Most Wanted, as well as Elf, Home Alon eand Love Actually, and other premieres like Captain America: Winter Soldierand Noah.
