Hulu in new Disney-ABC licensing deal

Hulu has announced a new licensing agreement with the Disney-ABC Television Group.

The agreement will give the US streaming service exclusive subscription video on-demand rights to all episodes of Disney-distributed ABC series Resurrection and Mistresses, as well as prior episodes of Lifetime’s Devious Maids.

“We are also thrilled to announce that we’re adding over 750 library episodes from ABC Studios and ABC Family to Hulu, providing full seasons of a variety of popular series,” reads a statement from Hulu. “Titles now available to stream includeMelissa & Joey, Alias, Army Wives, Body of Proof, Twisted and Make It or Break It– and, for our younger viewers, we are adding Marvel animated series such as Spider-Man, X-Men and Iron Man: Armored Adventures.”
