Sun TV & TV Globo land on Toshiba connected devices

The leading Indian Sun TV channels Sun TV, KTV, Sun Music, Adithya, Gemini and Surya and the primary Brazilian TV channel TV Globo go live online today for the first time on Toshiba Connected devices, thanks to ex-pat cloud-based TV service Cloudio TV.

“Cloudio TV is honoured to partner with Toshiba, the proven leader in delivering compelling innovative TV screens worldwide,” says Cloudio TV’s VP of  Business strategy Marc Van Steyvoort. “It is essential for Cloudio TV , as exclusive rights holder of a wide range of diaspora content portfolio, to partner with global leaders in the ongoing TV revolution, especially as worldwide sales of all Internet-enabled TVs will by-pass 120 million in 2014 and more Internet-enabled TVs will be sold than traditional TVs by 2015.”
