Vintage TV hits Freeview 242

Music channel Vintage TV, which was launched on 1st September 2010 and quickly amassed more than 500,000 regular weekly viewers, has appeared on UK free digital terrestrial platform Freeview. For the first time those with an internet-connected Freeview HD or Freeview+HD product (set-top box or TV) can enjoy full, subscription-free access to the High Speed Television Channel thanks to Arqiva’s Connect TV service.

While most Freeview+HD boxes will automatically detect the Vintage TV signal, others might initially require re-tuning. Viewers need to simply select Vintage TV from the EPG or dial 242 on their remote control to view the channel.
