New president for Pace International

Pace have announced that Jim Henderson has been appointed as President of its Pace International business unit.

Jim replaces Shane McCarthy with immediate effect, and will assume responsibility for Pace’s International business in EMEA and APAC. As President, Jim will lead a team of over 500 people, delivering revenues of around $800m.

Jim has held senior level positions at Comcast, Charter and Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) where he managed procurement, business development and operations, among other business functions. Most recently, Jim founded a consulting company where he advised C-level clients on sales, marketing, and operations strategies.

“I am excited to have Jim join Pace in this position,” says Pace CEO, Mike Pulli. “His experience and drive will be great assets to Pace, and I am confident he will lead our International business to achieve even greater levels of success.”
