Netflix strikes streaming deal with Verizon

Following reports of talks, and the recent similar deal with Comcast, Netflix has now reached an agreement with Verizon, and will pay to ensure its OTT content is streamed more quickly.

“We have reached an interconnect arrangement with Verizon that we hope will improve performance for our joint customers over the coming months,” says Netflix spokesman Joris Evers.
