AOL has launched ‘AOL ON,’ its premium video platform, in the UK. The platform will include news, entertainment, style, health, cars, food, travel, parenting and tech content across 18 channels, and is the latest stage in AOL’s strategy to focus on media publishing and ad networks.
The AOL On Network is comprised of over 750,000 pieces of premium video covering a wide range of topics including news, entertainment, style and tech, which is distributed through a network of publishers. Launch partners include Channel 4 News, ITN, Endemol , Scripps Networks International, Little Dot Studios, MyMovies, Videojug, Trinity Mirror, Telegraph Media Group and TalkTalk.
