TiVo subs soar in third quarter

TiVo Chief Executive Tom Rogers has announced another solid quarter for TiVo.

“Service & Technology revenue grew 34% year-over-year, adjusted EBITDA was $23.8 million, exceeding guidance,” Rogers told TiVo’s Third Quarter Fiscal 2014 Earnings Conference Call. “And we saw TiVo’s subscriptions rise to approximately 3.9 million in total, a 32% increase year-over-year, driven by a strong quarter of close to 300,000 MSO additions, our strongest cable distribution results to date.”
