VeEX acquires Sunrise Telecom

US firm VeEX, a specialist in test and measurement solutions for cable and telecoms operators, has completed its acquisition of rival Sunrise Telecom for an undisclosed amount.

Founded in California in 2006, VeEX offers test and measurement solutions for DSL and cable networks, as well as metro and transport networks.
