French telco Orange has reshuffled its senior management team, and appointed Vivek Badrinath as its new deputy CEO in charge of the group’s innovation, technology and customer experience resources.

Other appointments include Thierry Bonhomme as Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Orange Business Services, Béatric Mandine who will become Senior EVP in charge of Communication and Brand, Bruno Mettling who takes responsibility for the Internal Communications Department, and Christine Albanel who will oversee Corporate Social Responsibility.

There are also some departures – Jean-Philippe Vanot, Jean-Paul Cottet and Xavier Couture leave the Executive Committee. This tightening of the management team and the simplification of the Group’s organisation in the field of innovation is expected to enable a greater management focus on the Orange’s operational and strategic challenges.
