France Telecom turns Orange

After years of using the Orange brand for its broadband, TV and phone services, France Telecom is planning to officially change its name to Orange on July 1st, according to local reports in Les Echos.

The reports add that Executive Director Xavier Couture and branding specialist Jean-Louis Rondeau will present the company’s plans on February 13th, in the hopes of securing approval at its annual general meeting on May 28th.
