In a live Twitter Q&A session which took place yesterday (February 15th), Totalmovie CEO Robert Delamar revealed that tests are already underway in Latin America, and he is currently negotiating with the TV networks in New York for the rights to offer TV channels on an unbundled “à la carte’ basis.

Asked how networks can be persuaded to offer their channels on such a basis, Delamar commented: “$$$ helps [...] their users will demand it. Piracy = consumer frustration”.
