ADB finds gateway partner for North America

Geneva-based set-top box provider Advanced Digital Broadcast (ADB) has signed a distribution agreement for its broadband gateways with US firm Adams Cable Equipment (ACE), increasing ADB’s reach in North America.

Adams Cable Equipment specialises in working with all types of broadband-related customer premise equipment, and worked with hundreds of operators to develop suitable solutions to meet their specific needs.

The agreement permits ACE to exclusively sell and support ADB’s high-performance P.DGA4001N WiFi ADSL2+ gateway in North America, offering telco operators a complete high-speed broadband access and home connectivity solution.

ADB’s home gateways can optionally be equipped with its latest software platform Epicentro, which allows service providers to deploy software modules and applications over time via transparent remote management.
