Germany’s smartclip wins exclusive ad partnership for LG Smart TVs

Korean electronic manufacturer LG has given German brand advertising platform smartclip the exclusive rights to monetise all ad inventory on LG’s Smart TV Platform in Europe, Russia and Australia.

The new partnership will enable advertisers to extend their reach to new audiences by offering them access not only to Connected TV apps, but also to the entire online ad inventory on the LG Smart TV Platform, currently accessible via all Smart TVs, Smart 3D Blu-ray players and the Smart TV Upgrader.

German fashion company New Yorker will be the first advertiser to run a pan-European campaign across the LG platform, taking advantage of this new digital touch point in nine European markets.

The LG Smart TV platform is accessible via all of the Korean company’s Smart TVs, Smart 3D Blu-ray players and the Smart TV Upgrader.

smartclip will also be the preferred monetisation partner for any third party content apps on LG Smart TV.
