VIDEO INTERVIEW: Joe Ambeault, Director of Media & Entertainment Services at Verizon, provides insight on the multiscreen strategy he and his team have developed to get user engagement up, and discusses preparations for the next version of FiOS TV.

Within this video interview, filmed at the IP&TV World Forum event in London last March, Joe also touches on concerns within the US pay-TV industry that multi-screen models may lead to a situation of arbitrage for ad-supported networks (whereby a party benefits from price discrepancies across different platforms) – a bad scenario for the country’s US$ 60-70bn advertising industry.
